Flowers Canada (Ontario) Inc. (FCO) is the provincial association representing greenhouse growers of flowers and plants, and has upheld this responsibility for nearly 60 years.  FCO’s members produce potted plants, cut flowers, flowering annuals, hanging baskets and other mixed planters, accounting for over 800 species and 3000 different varieties of ornamental plants grown right here in Ontario.

FCO’s vision is the continued growth of a thriving floriculture sector in Ontario.  In service of that vision, FCO works to provide representation and support on any issue impacting greenhouse flower producers.  In practice, FCO strives to position members for success through advocacy, policy guidance, sharing and enabling world-class research, providing direct-to-farm support, and promoting consumption of flowers.  

Flower growers specialize in celebration.  The products they produce commemorate everything from the most important days in a person’s life, to the hardest days in a person’s life, to beautifying the every-day life of millions of people across North America.  The sector truly does produce food for the soul, and it is FCO’s privilege to support the sector and share story.
